• A 50% down payment is required to secure a listing spot. Work will not start until full payment has been received. Payments made are non-refundable.

• You are paying for my time and labor, so be sure to claim the commission before doing so, as there are no refunds for payments already made.

• All prices on the website are expressed in United States dollars (USD).

• Payment can only be made through PAYPAL.

• Commissions are for personal use only (TWITCH, YOUTUBE, web pages, banners, etc.). Emoticons and any requested art may not be used for commercial purposes or merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, etc.). If you want to place an order to use it for commercial purposes, you must specify it in the contact form.

• If you have an exact delivery date, please include it in the contact form to confirm if I can reach it within that time.

• Delivery times vary depending on the number of commissions on the waiting list. I give you an approximate time. (Usually 5 business days lead time will be less but will vary based on commission)

• Please enter as much information and details as possible in the form to make the commission as you want. You can include links, images and other emotes. (but only from these IMGUR, GYAZO, TWITTER, FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM pages) Shortened links or from other sources will be passed for future review.

• I have the right to use all the art made for my professional use, that includes the art that you want to commission.

• I do not copy other drawings, strokes or art. (YOU CAN SEND IMAGES AS REFERENCE BUT THE DRAWING WILL BE WITH MY STYLE AND WILL NOT BE AN EXACT COPY)
