• Leading android team of 8 Developers, led sync-up process by daily standup meeting & work updates.

• Tracked performance, assigned work, reviewed code, mentored developers and solved their queries.

• Managed SarkariExam & CurrentAffairs app development single-handedly with complete ownership.

• Leading MonetisationPod - complete ownership of Testbook Pass, Testbook Select, & all payment flow.

• Revamped PaymentModule for easy execution of payment flow anywhere from the app.

• Developed Testbook SDK from scratch to integrate Testbook features in client’s app.

• Implemented all new features in MVVM architecture in Kotlin, used latest Jetpack libraries, Coroutines, RxJava, LiveData, DataBinding, AndroidX for asynchronous, multithreading & reactive programming.

• Reorganised old legacy code to well structured design pattern (MVP). Made it highly organised & scalable, reusable & maintainable.

• Worked on Retrofit & Volley for network operations, Room & SQLite for database operations, Dagger2 for dependency injection, Work Manager for scheduling tasks. Used Material Designs for better UI & UX.

• Interviewed more than 20 candidates, hired 1 in team as full time android developer.

• Achieved 2.6 Lakhs+ daily active users, 5M+ installs, 4.5 app rating & 99.3% crash free users.

• Revamped Zooty Business app. Achieved 99.6% crash free session & higher engagements.

• Worked on almost all features & pages (login, dashboard, offers, product listing, payment flow, booking).

• Developed highly customisable Salon’s app from scratch for various business partners.

• Achieved 99.8% crash free users, 1M+ downloads, 19k monthly active & 78.2% returned users.
