I am interested in developing statistical methodologies for analysis of complex datasets. Most of my research is focused broadly in the fields of statistical learning, data mining, predictive modeling, and the application of Bayesian methodologies. My PhD dissertation can be found here.
I also like to think about how to improve as a teacher and ways to cater to a diverse population of students. Therein lies my interest in statistics pedagogy. Lately, I have also been interested in the history of statistics.
