Abhishek Aggarwal

Hi, I am Dr. Abhishek Aggarwal, currently a postdoctoral associate at Argonne National Lab and University of Illinois, Chicago with Prof. Subramanian Sankaranarayanan.

Before this, I was a postdoc at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, working with Prof. Jeffrey Grossman and Prof. Yang Shao-Horn.

I did my PhD in physics at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Science under the supervision of Prof. Prabal K. Maiti. 

I study the charge transport properties of nucleic acids using multiscale modeling computational techniques involving all-atomistic MD simulations, ab-initio DFT calculations, NEGF calculations, and Machine Learning techniques. I explore the exciting world of single-molecular electronics on my computer.!
