Welcome to my Webpage
Hi, I am Dr. Abhishek Aggarwal, currently a postdoctoral associate at Argonne National Lab and the University of Illinois, Chicago with Prof. Subramanian Sankaranarayanan. Prior to ANL, I was a postdoc at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), working with Prof. Jeffrey Grossman and Prof. Yang Shao-Horn. I did my PhD in physics at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Science under the supervision of Prof. Prabal K. Maiti.
During my Ph.D., I employed MD, DFT, and ML techniques to understand the charge transport properties of single-molecular (bio)material systems. At MIT, my research focused on modeling the electrolyte-electrode surface and energy storage systems. I am currently working on exascale simulations of rocket fuel systems, water diffusion in polymers, and ice formation on glass substrates.
