Hi, I’m Abhishek Shingadiya, an AI/ML Engineer with a passion for transforming complex challenges into innovative solutions. Growing up in Junagadh, India, my fascination with engineering began at a young age, inspired by my father’s work with precision machines and my mother’s creative touch. This curiosity fueled my journey through computer science, culminating in a B.Tech from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya (BVM), Anand.
Currently, I serve as a Senior AI Engineer at GateAI, contributing to cutting-edge projects like Wolff Tax, an AI-powered tax research assistant, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. With expertise in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) such as Llama and Falcon, I specialize in building AI-powered assistants, optimizing machine learning pipelines, and integrating GenAI into real-world applications. My technical toolkit includes LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Previously, I worked with PyjamaHR, Hidden Brains InfoTech, and Infinnium, tackling diverse challenges from developing NLP pipelines to implementing big-data processing frameworks. My contributions range from creating high-performance NER models to building scalable ML systems that deliver actionable insights.
Beyond engineering, I’m committed to continuous learning and love exploring cutting-edge research, contributing to open-source libraries, and imagining the future of AI. I’ve been privileged to lead and contribute to projects that have real-world impact, and I take pride in merging technical expertise with a user-focused approach.
