A simple and easy to make pickle recipe which takes around 45 - 50 minutes to cook and around 48 hours to properly marinated.
This is made with whole garlic cloves, so at the time of dinner, you can just cut the cloves and enjoy it with your preferred dish.

Instructions to make Garlic Pickle Recipe
1) Wash and dry 3 half pint jars and a small canning pot. In a small pot of water place three lids and bring to the barest simmer.
2) Take a saucepan and combine vinegar, salt and water together and bring a boil.
3) Set peeled garlic cloves inside the prepared jars.
4) Top garlic cloves with hot salted water.
5) To remove the bubbles, tap jar gently or you can also use wooden sticks for the same.
6) If required add more salted water (brine) into the jar. But make sure to keep the space of around ½ inch between the lid and brine.
7) Wipe the rims and apply rings and lid. Then process the jars into a boiling water bath canner for around 10 minutes.
8) After 10 minutes, Remove the jars and let them cool.
9) Once the jars are cool enough then remove rings and test seals carefully.
10) Then store the jars into cool dark place for at least 48 hours.
11) After 2 days, your garlic pickle is ready, Enjoy them with your favourite dish.
