Profile Information: We collect your name, shop name, mobile number, and pincode. This data is used to personalize your experience and generate reports.

Financial Records: Transaction details (debit/credit) and customer names added by you are stored securely to maintain your digital account book.

Profile Media: If you choose to upload a profile photo or a digital signature, these are stored locally on your device and backed up to our cloud server upon your request.
•
Contact List: With your explicit permission, we access your contacts locally to help you add customers quickly. We do not upload your contact list to our servers.
•
Camera Access: We use camera permission solely for the "Bill Scanner" feature (ML Kit OCR) to read receipts. Images are processed on-device.
3. Cloud Backup and Sync (Firebase)
To ensure you never lose your data, we offer a Cloud Backup feature:

Firebase Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to create a secure account for you.
•
Secure Storage: Your transactions, profile details, photo, and signature are synced to Firebase Realtime Database.
•
Private Access: Your data is tied to your unique Google ID and is not accessible by any other user or third party.
4. How We Use Your Data

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to third parties.
•
Data is used exclusively to provide app features like PDF report generation and cross-device data restoration.
•
Analytics data (if any) is used solely to improve app performance and fix crashes.
5. Data Security
•
Encryption: Data synced to the cloud is transmitted over secure, encrypted channels.
•
Biometric Lock: We provide an optional Fingerprint/PIN lock within the app to prevent unauthorized local access to your financial records.
•
Local Storage: Data stored on your device is kept in private app storage.
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services from Google:

7. User Control & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data:

Delete Backup: You can delete your entire cloud backup at any time using the "Delete Backup" button in settings.
•
Delete Profile: You can permanently remove your profile info, photo, and signature from the app and server.
•
Local Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data from the device.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
