Abhi Gupta

About

I am an Associate Director at the Budget Lab at Yale, where I work on macroeconomic analysis and modeling.  

Prior to joining the Budget Lab I was an economist in the Economic Policy group at the Office of Management and Budget, where I worked topics in macroeconomics, trade, and policy evaluation. 

I received my PhD from the University of California, Berkeley. I was also previously a research analyst at the New York Fed, where I contributed to some neat code for DSGE modeling in Julia.
