Registration

Registration is now closed.

Early registration ($250) is available until December 15, 2022. Regular registration ($300) will close on January 15, 2023. The fee includes refreshments and lunches on March 17-19; and banquet on March 18. 

Cancellation policy: Registration fees for any cancellation made by January 15, 2023 will be refunded minus a $50 charge; no refund will be made after January 15, 2023.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now closed.

For plenary and invited speakers as well as poster presenters, click here to submit the abstract. 

Poster presenters must be Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior researchers (within 5 years of completing Ph.D.).

Travel Award Application

Travel award application is now closed.

Travel award applicants must be Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior researchers (within 5 years of completing Ph.D.). For local (DFW metroplex) participants, the award will cover the registration fee only. Preference may be given to poster presenters.

Those who need financial support, click here to apply for the travel award. Only domestic airfare can be requested in the budget. Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applications submitted before December 15, 2022 will be a given full consideration.

ATTENTION: Travel award applicants should NOT register for the conference until they receive the award letter.
