How to purchase items from a sale?
Purchase Items online before the sale begins!
Feel free to contact us regarding any item posted online to check if its available and its pricing. For online sales and pick up from sale:
A 20% deposit can be made via credit card to mark the item sold and the rest can be paid with cash the day of pick up.
The item can be fully purchased with a credit card and pick up during sale hours.
Shipping/Delivery can be arranged as well at an additional cost.
Purchase items during the sale
We accept major credit cards, cashapp, cash or check. Checks must be cleared before items can be picked up.
What types of shipping do you offer?
Domestic Shipping across the 48 States via UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS/ETC
Internatinal Shipping to all countries across the world arranged by the buyer.
Freight Via Major/Local Carriers
Local Delivery with Truck from 3 rd. Party
Labor Charge/Shipping Supplies Charge/Other expenses may incur when shipping. All shipping services are additional cost to the customer.
Do you offer extension for pickups?
Yes, we do offer extension for picks up at a later day BY APPOITNMENT ONLY. Please contact us after the sale via email to determine the best pick up time. A deposit/paid in full is required as well to pick up at a different day.
Are prices flexible?
We go by a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Model. Friday may not always be available. Friday is when pricing is what is marked on items. The only way for a discount on Friday is if many items are purchased in a bulk package deal. Saturdays are more flexible on pricing and Sunday pricing is reduced from the original price. Please understand it is first come first serve unless there is a deposit.
Can you save items?
Items can be saved with a 20% deposit day of the sale or before for them to be saved. No exceptions. ALL items are first come first serve basis.
Who gets the items first?
Whoever puts a deposit down or pays in full for the item. This allows everyone to have the same chance to purchase the item. Our policy is first come first serve.
What is an Online Estate Sale?
An online is an estate sale where items are only available online and can be purchased digitally and either picked up or shipped to you. Please inquire about our items through our page on estatesales.net to see what's available and the pricing.
Once item(s) are selected:
Make a full payment of item in Credit Card, Cashapp,Check, Etc and then pick up fully paid.
Make a deposit for the item (20%) via Credit Card, Cashapp, Check, Etc and pay leftover amount (80%) of sale during pick up via Cash, Check, Cashapp, etc.
For shipping item must be paid in full + Shipping cost + any other incurring expenses to be shipped.
How does pick up work with an Online Estate Sale?
Pick up is strictly by appointment only and can be arranged via email.
How does shipping work with an Online Estate Sale?
Once you have purchased an item shipping + other expenses will be calculated at cost and billed. Once paid your item will be shipping to you. Handling time for most smaller items, (Freight Not Applicable) is 4-5 business days and shipping time ranges bases on location and carrier, (1-7 days).
How can I pay with credit card for an online estate sale?
You can give us a call and do payment over the phone or via text. Please do not send credit card information via email.
Does using a credit card cost extra?
Yes, using a credit card will incur a 4% extra credit card charge on the total amount of the sale due to the processing fees.
Are there returns, refunds, or exchanges?
Once an item is purchased from a sale is being sold as is, where is with no implied or expressed warranty of any kind. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or chargebacks allowed. When something from our sale you acknowledge this policy.
