Ø Comprehensive professional experience in the semiconductor industry, academia, and US government labs .
Ø Background in advanced VLSI technology research, semiconductor device and analog circuit modeling including developing industry standard model extraction and optimization strategy for circuit simulation applications.
Ø Planning and executing test/design requirements for device characterization, circuit simulation, and industry-standard CAD tools applications.
Ø More than 20 years’ experience in supervising/mentoring members of technical staff, graduate and undergraduate level science students.
Ø Authored and co-authored over 40 refereed & reviewed conference proceedings, journal papers, technical notes, book chapter, conference abstracts, and invited presentations from various workshops and conferences (see publications list links in p.2 ).
