I have recently completed PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur with expertise in mathematical modeling, kinetic mechanisms, and computational methods applied to biomedical systems. My doctoral work focuses on developing differential equation–based and polymerization theory–driven models to study complex processes such as protein aggregation, inhibition, and degradation dynamics, with applications to Alzheimer’s disease.
I have published multiple research articles in leading international journals and complement my modeling work with bioinformatics and machine learning approaches for biomarker discovery and data-driven insights. Passionate about interdisciplinary research, I am eager to explore new challenges at the interface of chemical engineering, systems biology, and computational science.
