The main purpose of fumehood is to secure the Worker from toxic fumes; for that purpose, the inlet velocity is to be maintained at 0.5m/s.
Hence, a basic design was created to perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to get optimum working and design parameters.
Based on CFD analysis, the design was finalized.
Finaly Manufactured using mainly sheet metal works.

The purpose of a biosafety cabinet is to secure the Worker, Environment, and Working Substances from contamination. For that purpose, the air flow inside the cabinet was to be kept laminar.
Hence, a basic design was created to perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to get optimum working parameters. A single in-let single outlet Centrifugal fan with 400 CFM was selected.
Based on CFD analysis, the design was finalized.
