By accessing or using any application developed by Abdullah Nadeem Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.

If our apps allow you to create, post, or share content:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content for operating and improving our apps
You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content
You are responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it
Our apps may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Our apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
Our apps are free of viruses or harmful components
The results obtained from using our apps will be accurate or reliable
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABDULLAH NADEEM APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abdullah Nadeem Apps from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of our apps
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
If our apps offer in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing
For apps offering subscription services:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue our apps at any time without notice
Update these Terms of Use at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our apps will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abdullah Nadeem Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between the parties
Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
Small claims court for eligible disputes
These Terms are between you and Abdullah Nadeem Apps, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide support for our apps
Apple is not responsible for any claims related to our apps
In case of any third-party claim that our apps infringe intellectual property rights, Abdullah Nadeem Apps is solely responsible
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Abdullah Nadeem Apps regarding our apps and supersede any prior agreements.
