Ali is working as a scientific researcher and providing consultation on the field of socio-economic and environmental Economics, impact assessment, feasibility studies, agrobiodiversity and Agroecological systems including sustainable food systems transformation.
Ali is interested in poverty reduction and rural development in developing societies, Circular economy, sustainable development, climate change, reducing food losses and waste and E-commerce. I am searching for new ideas & knowledge to develop innovative and creative solutions to economic problems.

Research Interests

Ali is working in the area of agricultural sustainable production and consumption which is mainly related to SDG12. I will continue working in this research area including the impacts of climate change on agro-food systems, agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainable solutions for salinity and sustainable resource management. I am also interested in the socio-economic and environmental impact assessment and LCA, also the application of ICT to achieve the SGDs 2030.
