Election and Officer Information
Elections for the 2026-2028 school year will be on April 30, 2025.
Positions and service terms are listed below:
President: 2 years (2026- 2028)
Vice-President: 1 years (2027-2028)
Treasurer: 2 years (2026-2028)
Secretary: 2 years (2026-2028)
To be eligible to run for an officer position, you must be a Booster Club member by March 30,2026.

Is the Executive Officer of the TSD Athletic Booster Club
Guides and supervises the operations of the organization
Accomplishes Booster Club goals set for the year.
Presides at the TSD Athletic Booster Club's general and board meetings.
Serves as the liaison of Booster Club members, the Executive Board and the community at large.
Serves as a liaison between committees of the TSD Athletic Booster Club, the Executive Board and its members.
All chairs of standing committees shall report to the Vice-President.
When there is a vacancy in a standing committee, the Vice-President will assume the role until a replacement is confirmed.
Performs all duties pertaining to the Office of the Vice-President and as well as other duties the President may assign.
Is responsible for receiving, managing and safeguarding the organization’s funds, including but not limited to donations, contributions, fundraising proceeds and concession stand sales.
Keeps accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions, including receipts, disbursements and account balances. The treasurer shall provide reports of income and expenditures at general meetings.
If the Booster Club fundraising coordinator position is vacant, the treasurer will be the fundraising coordinator until a replacement is confirmed.
Performs all other duties pertaining to the Office of the Treasurer as well as other duties prescribed by the President.
Is responsible for preparing and reporting to the IRS to maintain 501c3 non profit status

Performs all duties pertaining to the Office of the Secretary as well as other duties may be prescribed by the President.
Assists with Concession Stand operations, not limited to but including, scheduling, stocking, cleaning, sales and accounting
All members of the Executive Board must meet at least two times a year, with one meeting being a budget and planning meeting to review and prepare the Booster Club annual budget.
Members shall bring their expertise and any relevant information, such as athletic department budgets and event calendars to assist in the strategic development of Booster Club activities.
Members of the Executive Board have voting privileges at general, special and executive board meetings.
