ABC KidZ is proud to offer three classrooms to nurture your child at their exact developmental stages.
Zero to two year old's have their own room separate from the rest of the building. Another adjacent play yard gives the little ones age appropriate play equipment and ample opportunity for outside play. Infant curriculum will also follow the Reggio Emilia approach, at a more flexible level. Sign language and experiencing the environment are critical aspects of the infant program.
The two to three year old toddlers have their own room with an environment specially designed for their developmental needs and interests. This open room has many different toys and art supplies that keep their kids excited and learning throughout the day. In addition, as curriculum and child staff ratios allow, toddlers will join the preschoolers for play time, certain projects, and outside play.
Preschool children will be taught and challenged through project-based play and learning with unique child guided themes. Our teacher team utilize the Reggio Emilia approach to help children become ready for Kindergarten. Numerous opportunities for learning and play abound in the preschool room. A quiet area loft filled with pillows and books is a popular area for children, as are the dramatic play areas, art supplies, and many different manipulative and cognitive learning toys.
