Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as "You") and the developer of the "Alphabet World / ABC World (Great Britain)" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), Andrey Viktorovich Petrovsky, regarding your use of the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") with the Developer, which governs your use of the Application.
By downloading the Application from the App Store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Your relationship with the Developer is governed exclusively by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Application is subject to this Agreement. The Developer may modify the Agreement without special notice, and the updated version will take effect upon its publication online at the following address: https://sites.google.com/view/abckidgame/privacy-policy, unless otherwise specified in the updated version. The current version of the Terms of Use is always available at this link.
If the Developer makes any changes to the Agreement as outlined in clause 3, and you do not agree with them, you must discontinue using the Application.
You acknowledge and agree that the Developer may discontinue providing services at any time.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that the Developer does not make any guarantees or representations. The Developer does not warrant that:
The Application’s functionality will meet your requirements;
The Application will operate without interruptions, be timely, secure, or error-free;
Any information obtained through the Application will be accurate or reliable.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge responsibility for any internet connection costs incurred while accessing our services. In-game purchases may be subject to third-party fees; please refer to the applicable terms of your selected payment system.
Any claims you may have against the Developer regarding the use of the Application must be submitted within one year from the date you became aware or should have become aware of a violation of your rights. Otherwise, the claim will be barred.
To improve its services, the Developer reserves the right to implement automatic updates and modifications to the Application without requiring your additional consent. To ensure the effectiveness of such updates and modifications, and to enhance the usability of the Application, you hereby agree to the automatic implementation of these updates and changes.
You have the right to terminate these Terms unilaterally at any time, without notifying the Developer or providing a reason, by ceasing to use the Application.
