  Henry is my go-to computer guy. Have been using him for years. For 12 years he maintained a retail shop in Olympia, until the COVID pandemic. Now he offers easy pickup and delivery service at the Lacey Post Office. He recently upgraded my PC with a larger SSD and cloned the old system to the new drive. Turnaround time was 24 hours. He also provided after hours tech support. Very reasonably priced. As a small business owner, I appreciate the personal attention Henry provides.

  Henry, ABC Computer Solutions (Lacey, WA) is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He checks all aspects of the item he is repairing and takes care of other things that could affect the performance of the item. In my case, I had an unprotected cellphone that I dropped on a hard surface. It appeared to be so damaged that it might be beyond repair. Henry was able to replace the cellphone glass and determine that it was functioning perfectly once he had completed an overall check of it. Thank you Henry! I know you take pride in your work.   Excellent service. He was very helpful and supportive with fixing my older computer. I was freaked out thinking I had lost everything valuable on the computer. He was able to restore everything and clearly with out judgement showed me what I did that caused the chaos. Other computer repair techs I have used in the past were not so respectful and helpful. He was even able to repair my Android screen after it had been shattered. I will not go to anyone else for computer or phone repair!!!0was done in a timely manner .   I recently visited and had a wonderful experience with ABC Computer Solutions in March of 2021. My iPad 5th generation was in need of a major screen repair. I called multiple screen repair businesses and got the best quote for repair with ABC Computer Solutions. Mr. Henry Chung was responsible for repairing my tablet’s screen and his professionalism was shown clearly, as he did a phenomenal job. My tablet was also ready in under 24 hours. Mr. Chung was so kind and friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with him and his company. ABC Computer Solutions has gained a lifelong customer for all future screen repairs.

  I have a small business, however, big enough that I have to network a couple of work stations. Without phones our computers I am unable to function. One morning everything went down and I was unable to remedy. I called Henry not only was he able to efficiently remedy the problem, he educated me along the way. Henry, thank you for such great service, without my network I am unable to function.

  Went in to have iPad screen replaced. Found out it was just the screen protector cracked not the screen. Got a new protector and they put on for me. They didn’t charge me anything. Great work I will return. Best Buy charged me 25.00 the last time to put the screen protector on. ABC solutions will get my business. ??????

  Great service! I broke the back camera lens glass on my iPhone 8 Plus fixed it in an hour he said he had to chisel the rest of the glass out to replace it. Looks great! And only paid $75 w tax. Best Buy said I had to replace the phone other places said the entire back glass for about $200.

  I highly recommend Henry for all iPhone and IPad related issues. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and willing to help quickly resolve time sensitive issues like iPhone repairs. He also carries materials for screen replacements there as well. I think he also works with the same level of expertise on clock and computer repairs.

  My 2012 MacBook shut down unexpectedly on me one day- I took it into apple where they told me I had a “corrupt hard-drive” which meant the only way I could retrieve my documents/photos on my computer was to go through a third party company. The companies they suggested gave me estimates of anywhere between $600-$1500.

  Henry is a great, fast, and very good. He fixed my iPhone 7 Plus (frozen screen with crack) on the same day. It took about an hour and he even let me see how it was done. I def would of messed that up. I appreciate the great service and fair price. I really needed it same day and it was great service and great price. Recommend.

  Great guy! Super communicative, was able to help me repair an Acer Chromebook, and followed up with me. Fair prices. Labor can vary a little depending on the intricacy of the work, but for the Chromebook and and a quote on an iPad Pro repair, it was between $70-$90 an hour (plus parts). You can keep it all business, but Henry is a great conversationalist if you want to make the effort :)

  Truly one of the most kindhearted people I've met in Olympia. There is so much integrity in his work. I've gone to see him multiple times for repairs and always receive excellent service and kind conversation. He also honored the warranty on the phone battery when there was a product malfunction, and reinstalled a new one for free. I'd give this man more stars if I could--always a pleasure. Thank you!

  Great experience! I brought in my laptop that had a shattered screen, and it was fixed in just a little over a week. Very reasonably price! I had called around first, and every where was quoting me $200 if not more then here. Also reviews for other places were not great... I randomly found this place on google, and trusted the reviews, and was not disappointed! Very honest work, and very friendly service. 10/10 would recommend!

  I walked in with no appointment, he replaced my iphone 6 battery quickly, and partially repaired my iphone 5 with no charge! Nice guy, i would recommend him.

  Not only does Henry work on I-Phones and Macs, but he made quick work of replacing the hard drive on my PC and saving my files, and at a great price that made the decision of keeping my faithful laptop an easy one. I had to laugh a little when I told him that the young techs at a local chain store who had looked at it suggested I buy a new laptop. Henry's response was, "Everything can be fixed." We're such a throw away culture, and for 1/3 of what it might have cost me to buy a less expensive PC Henry had me going in no time and even called me on Thanksgiving Day to tell me I could pick it up after I had mentioned I was on a tight timeline to get it back! Was not expecting that.

  I took my 2011 iMac in with a crashed hard drive. In transit, I broke the glass screen. Henry replaced it all quickly and charged me a fair price. I asked for an SSD as a replacement drive and he handled it. I am 100% happy. I just hope he's still there the next time I need one of my Macs repaired. He fixes Windows stuff and iPads, and iPods, too. And, if he's too busy, you can get breakfast at IHOP, next door.

  Excellent fast quality repair at excellent prices. Gives 50% discount on second repair if more than one repair/Service is needed on the same item. I had my iPhone charging port replaced and a new battery installed so he gave me a 50% discount on the battery replacement!!! Full repair was completed in less than an hour. Honest, friendly, quality service. I will definitely call him first If I ever need more repairs.. Highly recommended....

  By far the most pleasant experience on the economy I've had in a long time. Clearly no hustle, just honest workmanship and quality price... Henry did all the work right in front of us...explained everything. If you can find a better deal, It would have to be from a friend or family member. The funny thing is, if you blink, you will miss this place...

  I love this place, this will from now on be my go to place for electronic repairs! I initially went in there to get my laptop fixed, but not only did I get that fixed I also got my phone fixed and for a really awesome price. The best part though about the experience was that Henry the repair guy let me watch his whole process of him fixing it and it was very fun and beneficial to watch! The difference from him and other shops is that he is more of a quality guy than just fixing it and giving it up with quickness, I'll take that quality over speed any day. He also cleans your product unlike others which was super awesome of him. This place really lives up to the reviews of being a super high 4!
