Exploring the convergence of quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, and complex systems for next-generation problem solving.

A warm welcome to the International Conference on Quantum-Enhanced Intelligence: Bridging AI, Quantum Computing, and Complex Systems at Christ University, Bangalore, India, and jointly organised by the Centre for Quantum Technologies and Complex Systems (CQTCS), and the Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI), Department of Computer Science, and the Department of Statistics and Data Science.

Both CQTCS and CAI work at the cutting edge of computational and analytical paradigms. CQTCS explores quantum algorithms, complex networks, and hybrid quantum–classical modeling, while CAI advances AI-driven decision-making, machine learning, and large-scale intelligent systems. Their intersection opens transformative opportunities—quantum-accelerated AI, AI-driven quantum control, and AI modeling of complex adaptive systems—directly relevant to scientific discovery, industry, and societal challenges.

AI Hub|AIII hosted several successful International Symposiums (click for more details) at Hilton Sydney, Hilton Melbourne, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Hotel Leela Palace in New Delhi, and at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. The International Symposiums were attended by large numbers of senior delegates from the Australian-Indian universities, Vice Chancellor (PAU), PVCs, Deans, Heads, Directors of Research, Professors, Senior Ministerial Government delegations, and Industry Senior Executives from Microsoft, IBM, HCL Technologies Limited, Amazon Web Services, Ernst & Young Australia, CSIRO, ING Australia, Deloitte (San Francisco), Grant Thornton LLP, Arlington, Virginia, United States, LogRhythm, Gulf & India, Paramount Doha Qatar, VARINDIA, Former National Cyber Coordinator India, Defence Services Australia-India, Indian Administrative Services, Power Grid Corporation of India, Western Australia Police Force, IIT Delhi, Scientist G- DST India, and IWA Digital Water India. AI Hub|AIII provides academicians, researchers, and practitioners with the opportunity to develop innovative research, collaborate with other researchers, locally and internationally, and understand and share the latest research developments in their fields. PAPER REVIEW & NOTIFICATION OF OUTCOME

Papers will be reviewed by an International panel of reviewers to decide on the quality, originality, and relevance for publishing in the conference proceedings. All papers will undergo a blind review process and authors will be notified of the review outcome. At least one author must present the paper on the day of the conference.

PROCEEDINGS AND JOURNAL PAPERS, PUBLICATIONS OPPORTUNITIES, AND BEST PAPER AWARD

Accepted manuscripts will be published in the refereed conference proceedings on the website. High-quality papers will be provided an opportunity for publication in international refereed journals (subject to satisfactory revisions, journal acceptance, and fees).

Mention in the email subject the "name of the conference" for which the paper is being submitted.

Authors should follow the above mandatory paper template, not following will lead the paper being desk rejected.

Paper is to be within 6 pages, single-spaced, including references, figures, appendix, etc, and papers above 6 pages will have extra fees.

The email attachment file should be named after your Last (Family) Name, followed by your First Name Initials. For example, if your name is - James Gates. Your email attachment for the abstract/full paper will be Gates, J. If you have more than one paper, your email attachment will be Gates, J. 1., Gates, J. 2.,.......

The referencing style is Harvard Style (Author's Last name, First name initials, Year, Article name, journal name, issue, page). Check the Websites on Google Search- Harvard Style Referencing.

PAPER SUBMISSION & DUE DATES

Papers are due 60 days before the conference dates shown above.

CONFERENCE FEES <REGISTER>

Authors: Hybrid (onsite & online) conference fees: $472. Presentation of 2nd Paper by the same author $390.

Co-authors (each): Hybrid (onsite & online) conference fees: $450.

Authors: Digital (online) conference fees: $342. Presentation of 2nd Paper by the same author $299.

Co-authors (each): Digital (online) conference fees: $330.

Conference Dinner each (optional) $150.

Accompanying person (DOES NOT include co-authors) $430.

Student Registration: Digital (online) conference fee $299. Hybrid (onsite & online) conference fees: $445. All student delegates are "required" to have a valid student registration card & a signed letter from their University.

Listener (no paper to present): Digital (online) conference fees: $330; Hybrid (onsite & online) conference fees: $455.

Online Publication in an accepted journal $290. Publication in an accepted print journal (plus online) is $390.

Conference and journal papers exceeding six pages will be charged ninety dollars per page.

All registration and conference fees are paid sixty days before the conference date, if paid less than sixty days will have a late fee of ninety-five dollars. Fees in US dollars, non-refundable, and subject to change.

AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES

All papers accepted for the conference and have paid the required fees will receive a Certificate.

The best paper award will be announced from a block of 15 papers in each conference track and will be published in any of the journals (subject to satisfactory revisions& fees) and a certificate will be issued to the author.

Journal Editors, Editorial reviewers, Keynote speakers, Chairs of Conference tracks, Conference Session Chairs, Paper reviewers, and Committee members, in appreciation of their services, will also be commended with Awards and Certificates.
