Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing an original piece or requesting a commission from AB Calligraphy. By placing an order or commission request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• All pieces are signed for authentication purposes.

• Orders for original pieces can only be purchased through Vinted.

• Reasonable offers for prices on original pieces are allowed for negotiation on Vinted.

• For custom commissions, please send a direct message via TikTok or Instagram.

• For any questions, concerns, or enquiries, please email aandbcalligraphy@gmail.com.

• All artwork is hand-painted. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality, minor imperfections may occur as part of the handmade process.

• Product photographs are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible; however, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

• Commissioned pieces are created according to the customer's requirements and may require additional production time.

• As each piece is individually handmade, no two artworks will be exactly identical.

• All pieces are hand packaged meticulously to prevent damage during shipping and many materials are recycled to reduce waste.

• Please ensure all personalisation details and spellings are correct when placing a commission request.

• AB Calligraphy reserves the right to decline commission requests that cannot be fulfilled to the desired standard.

• Processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.

• Customers will be provided with updates on commissioned pieces where appropriate.

• Prices vary depending on the materials, size, and level of customisation requested.

• Handmade artwork should be handled with care and kept away from excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight where possible.

• Frames, props, and decorations shown in photographs are for display purposes only unless otherwise stated.

• Once a commission has been started, significant design changes may not be possible.

• Once a commission has begun, refunds are not available.

• Custom commissions are created specifically for each customer and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

• Royal Mail delivery only.

• Bank transfer only for commissions, payments are already automatic through Vinted for original pieces.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays outside of our control.

• All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of AB Calligraphy and may not be reproduced without permission.

• AB Calligraphy may share completed commissions on social media and its website unless the customer requests otherwise.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact AB Calligraphy within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order information and clear photographs of the damage.
