Shipping

We have partnered with Pathao Courier and REDX Delivery to provide our customers with the cheapest, fastest, and safest deliveries to anywhere in Bangladesh. 

Delivery charges:

Parcel size: Small (<500g) | Medium (500g-1kg) | Large (1-2kg) | XL (>2kg)

Inside Dhaka : Tk. 60 (small) / Tk. 70 (medium) / Tk. 90 (large) / Tk. 90 + 15/kg (XL)

Suburban Dhaka : Tk. 80 (small) / Tk. 100 (medium) / Tk. 130 (large) / Tk. 130 + 15/kg (XL)

Outside Dhaka : Tk. 110 (small) / Tk. 130 (medium) / Tk. 170 (large) / Tk. 90 +25/kg (XL)

Express delivery (inside Dhaka): Tk. 120 (small) / Tk. 150 (medium) / Tk. 150 (large) / Tk. 150 + 15/kg (XL)

Returns

We only issue refunds for the following:

• Damaged product during shipping

• Tailored clothing not fitting to provided size

• Incorrect product delivery

100% of the product price will be refunded if the product was damaged during shipping.

90% of the product price will be refunded if the product is returned without its original packaging.

100% + delivery charges, including a discount voucher for future orders will be covered by us if an incorrect delivery occurs.

35% of the product price will be refunded for tailored clothing.

20% of the product price will be refunded if customer caused significant damage to tailored clothing i.e. ripped fabric, ripped seams, alteration by the customer.

The following reasons are not applicable for issuance of a refund

• Change of mind

• Damage to product when handing or using.
