The purpose of this design is to bridge the traditional and the modern in the context of Malay Textile Arts. By designing a museum and innovation center that combines cultural preservation with advance technological practices. This project seeks the engagement with youth creative participation and to foster the continuation of a rich cultural tradition in a rapidly modernizing world. The program of this building is to represents the fusion of guiding cultural belief and the link between past tradition and future innovations. It proposes a method for intertwining heritage with the progress of making arts textiles, aiming to inspire the youth to appreciate the value of traditions. Through this connection, The Living Museum and Innovation Center of Malay Textile Arts highlights the importance of cultural appreciation in shaping the world to come.
