This policy explains what data AARM stores, why it is needed, and how you keep
control of your account.
We store your account details, farm profile, language preference, crop plan inputs,
contracts, options, sync status, and limited technical logs needed to run the app
and admin system.
The data is used to sign you in, sync your plans, reproduce workbook calculations
digitally, and support troubleshooting or support requests.
AARM uses Firebase for authentication, data storage, functions, and hosting. We
do not sell your personal data and only share it with providers needed to deliver the
product.
You can delete your account inside the app. When that happens, we remove your
sign-in and primary farmer data. Some anonymized audit records may be retained
for operational and security reasons.
For privacy or data questions, contact info@capecodes.com until a dedicated
AARM support address is confirmed for production.
To request deletion of your AARM account and associated data:
1. Open AARM.
2. Go to your account/settings page.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, email: info@capecodes.com
When your account is deleted, we delete your account information
and associated AARM user data.
