About the Guest Speaker 

Inthikab Zufer, PhD (Reading) in Islam & Management | MBA | ACIM | Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing | ACMA

Mr. Inthikab Zufer, currently reading for his PhD in Islam and Management, holds an MBA, ACIM, ACMA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. He is the chief operating officer, Co-founder, and senior lecturer at IMC-AIC University. With over 22 years of university lecturing experience, he has taught MBA and PhD programs and has played a key role in achieving a 99% pass rate for over 250 students at the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mr. Zufer began his career as a corporate researcher at AC Nielsen and LMRB, working with leading global brands such as Unilever, SriLankan Airlines, DHL, McDonald's, Dialog, and Reckitt. He currently serves on the Academic Syllabus Committee at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is part of the National Institute of Education's academic team, developing educational content for Islamic and Arabic studies in government schools. He has also served as a lecturer at the University of Colombo’s Postgraduate Faculty of Management and was a judge at Sri Lanka’s National Digital Awards by SLT.
