Hi, I’m Dr. Lillian Solis-Smith, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but I want you to know you’re not alone. For over 20 years, I’ve been helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and heal from past wounds with compassion, understanding, and proven therapeutic techniques. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and step into the life you deserve.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship healing, and emotional well-being. One of my greatest passions is helping clients process and release deep emotional pain using powerful, research-backed therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT).
EMDR is a highly effective approach that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing for healing. It’s an excellent tool for overcoming PTSD, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and distressing past experiences.
ETT is a cutting-edge therapy that uses light, color wavelengths, and eye movement to quickly reduce emotional distress, relieve anxiety and depression, and promote deep emotional transformation. By working with both the mind and body, ETT can help clients experience rapid shifts in mood, perception, and overall well-being.
In addition to trauma-focused care, I also work with relationship and marriage counseling, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and personal and professional growth.

Hi, I’m Amelia, a licensed therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and collaborative support. With years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families, my approach is grounded in empathy and respect. I believe that therapy is a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depressive and mood disorders, grief and loss, family and relationship, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, school and social issues, and child and adolescent and teen therapy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, Humanistic, ACT, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
