Aayush Gupta is a highly qualified engineer with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and M.Tech. in Metallurgy & Material Science, and over 6 years of experience in developing nanomaterials for photo and electro-catalytic applications. He has extensive experience in preparing nanomaterials through various routes, including Co-precipitation, Carbothermal, Hydrothermal, and Ball-milling. Aayush has expertise in data analysis of different characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, SEM/TEM, BET, XPS, UV-visible, and Raman spectroscopy. His research work includes Adsorption and Catalytic pollutant removal (photocatalysis) and H2 production (photocatalysis and electrocatalysis).
Aayush has received various awards and honors, including a Start-up Research Grant (DST-SERB) worth Rs. 26.87 Lacs and an International Travel Grant (DST) to attend the 9th International Colloids Conference in Barcelona, Spain. He has also published 27 research papers, including 26 SCI-indexed papers.
Aayush has worked as a Teaching Associate in the School of Physics and Materials Science at Thapar University, Patiala, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at GLA University, Mathura. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor - Research in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at GLA University, Mathura.
