Armory Archive Vault respects your privacy. The app is designed to store your records privately on your device without requiring an account or developer-operated cloud service.
Armory Archive Vault may store information that you choose to enter or import, including:
• Firearm inventory records
• Serial numbers
• Ammunition records
• Attachments and accessory information
• Purchase information and receipts
• Photos
• Documents
• Notes
• Backup files
This information is stored locally on your device. Armory Archive Vault does not upload your vault records, photos, documents, serial numbers, or backup contents to servers operated by the developer.
The developer does not collect your vault contents, usage history, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or browsing activity through the app.
Armory Archive Vault does not use third-party advertising or tracking services.
When you voluntarily contact support by email, the developer receives the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device information, screenshots, and description of the issue.
Do not send firearm serial numbers, private documents, backup passwords, encryption keys, or other sensitive vault information by email.
Armory Archive Vault may request access to certain device features only when needed for functions you choose to use:
• Camera access may be used to photograph records, receipts, documents, or equipment.
• Photo Library access may be used to select or save images.
• Files access may be used to import or export documents and backups.
• Face ID or device authentication may be used to protect access to the app.
• Apple Keychain may be used to protect local security information and purchase-entitlement status.
Permission choices can be changed through the Settings app on your device.
Smart Import processes information selected by the user to help create records from receipts, photos, or documents.
Smart Import content is processed as part of the app’s record-creation workflow and is not uploaded to developer-operated servers.
Users should review imported information for accuracy before saving it.
Armory Archive Vault offers an optional Lifetime Pro non-consumable in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment-card information.
Apple may process purchase, transaction, device, and account information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
The app may store a local secure entitlement indicating that Lifetime Pro has been purchased.
Encrypted backups are created only when initiated by the user.
The user chooses where backup files are saved, transferred, or stored. Backup files are not automatically uploaded to developer-operated servers.
Users are responsible for protecting backup files and backup passwords. Lost passwords cannot be recovered by the developer.
The developer does not sell, rent, or use your vault data for advertising.
The app does not share vault records with third parties unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or back up information using features provided by your device.
Information sent through Apple services is handled according to Apple’s applicable privacy practices.
Vault records remain on your device until you edit or delete them.
You may delete individual records from within the app.
You may delete locally stored app data by deleting the records or removing the app from your device. Removing the app may permanently delete local records that have not been backed up.
Backup files remain wherever you chose to save them until you delete them from that location.
Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, resolve issues, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the email address below.
Armory Archive Vault is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Armory Archive Vault uses device security features and encryption intended to protect locally stored information.
No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their device passcode, backup passwords, and exported files.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
