HIGHER LEARNING BY PRAXIS

Higher learning is the increasing specialization of a preferred academic field.  The leading scholar pursues higher learning by praxis to the extent of Rubicon.   

    Where they will assume leadership position whenever decision making breaks down, i.e., to ease the impact and/or to forestall a calamity.  After, no more than a decade, the leading scholar is to be acknowledged as a world leader and renowned expert in his and/or her chosen field of higher study.

The leading scholars pursue higher learning in the select elite colleges.  Nonetheless, their identities are not disclosed.  Instead, the leading scholars are embedded amongst (the) academic body.  Their contributions are confidential likewise submitted to praxis.  Whereupon they will then undertake crisis management.
