Terms & Conditions

Enquiry & Availability

•  Contact us via Call/WhatsApp or Email aashirwadgardenpilani@gmail.com for date availability.

•  Booking is valid only with a signed Booking Agreement and one of the following ID proofs: AADHAAR Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.

•  Date availability shared during enquiry does not guarantee booking.

Security Deposit

•  A refundable security deposit of Rs.5,000/- is required in addition to the booking amount.

•  Full refund if no damage or loss to venue assets, fixtures, or equipment.

•  Refund processed within 48 hours after final check-out.

Reservation

•  Visit our office desk to make a reservation.

•  No verbal bookings accepted.

•  Minimum 50% of the final booking amount (inclusive of taxes) required as a token amount.

•  Booking confirmed only with full payment 15 days before the actual event day.

•  Collect booking confirmation from our office 7 days before the event.

Taxation

•  GST as applicable will be charged over and above venue charges.

•  Notify us by month-end if billing name or GST details need changes.

•  Tax invoice provided at the end of the first week of the month following the event.

•  Booking cancelled if tax amount not paid in full before the event.

Payment

•  Full payment required as per the payment schedule.

•  Payments via cheque valid only once cleared.

•  Transfer payments only to authorized accounts shared by our management.

Check-in & Check-out

•  Check-in: 12:00 PM (IST), Check-out: 9:00 AM (IST).

•  No late checkouts allowed.

Cancellation & Refund 

•  No refunds in any case.

•  In case of pandemic/natural disaster, event can be rescheduled subject to availability.

Accommodation

•  Valid photo ID required for all guests above 18.

•  Loss of room keys charged at Rs.300/- (+GST @18%).

Food & Catering

•  Only 100% pure-vegetarian food allowed.

•  Violations by caterer incur a penalty of Rs.20,000/-.

Kitchen

•  Caterers must bring their own generators.

Smoking

•  Smoking prohibited. Fines for violations:

•  Cigarette/Vape/Hookah: Rs.5,000

•  Narcotic substances: Rs.25,000

Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances

•  Strictly prohibited. Penalty of Rs.1,00,000/- for violations.

Alcohol

•  Allowed with prior intimation and valid liquor license.

•  Not allowed on dry days or during national emergencies.

Luggage

•  Guests responsible for their belongings.

•  Management not liable for theft or damage .

Parking

• Free parking space is available, but management not liable for vehicle loss/damage.

Public Event

•  Organizer responsible for security and necessary permits.

•  Management not liable for refunds or compensation to ticket holders.

Theft & Damage

•  Guests liable for any damage to property.

•  Report theft within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property Rights

•  Public performance license required for playing pre-recorded music.

•  Organizer responsible for compliance.

Guest Liability

•  Host responsible for cleaning kitchen, lawn, and rooms.

•  Cleaning charges 2000/- apply if not cleaned.

Hotel/Venue Liability

•  Management not liable for electrical failures or injuries on premises.

Sound

•  Loudspeakers not permitted after 10 PM in open areas.

•  Indoor noise level limited to 45 decibels.

Outside Vendor

•  Host responsible for background checks of vendors.

•  Management not liable for outside vendors.
