What aspects of this tutor's approach to teaching best helped your learning?
Student 1: Aarushi always focused on the key concepts discussed in class and made sure everyone in the tutorial stayed engaged through group conversation. Aarushi was open to any answers and was very supportive in guiding the discussion with more challenging topics. Overall, I felt very prepared for the weekly quizzes after attending Aarushi's sessions.
Student 2: I like the small discussion among students. I like it that she prepared a few slides of the discussion output, so that we can have a better picture of the overall discussion
Student 3: Nothing. One of the best tutors ever. Well prepared, clear explanation
Student 4: To have a tutor who is motivated and interested in the field of study is very encouraging for students enrolled in the course. Good questions and group discussions where every question or statement was heard and validated. I'm also very interested in the course. I also like that the topics and related papers are related to some very relevant and important topics that we definitely need more research of.
Student 5: Aarushi clearly stated her teaching technique at the start of the semester, i.e. that she wanted student participation, and she expected us to interact with her instead of her just doing the questions for us. Calculations done during class
Student 6: Deconstructs early question so there is very little assumed knowledge, from there begins to focus on the core concept and how intuition can guide each topic
