BYC was founded in August 2013 by Meredith Hampton. We are a traveling yoga collective and our group comprises an eclectic mix of creative, passionate yogis committed to providing thoughtful, inspired and affordable yoga offerings for the New River Valley. We strive to refine our teaching practices by maintaining open, honest learning spaces.
