Aaron Afilalo has been working at the Rutgers Law School as a Law Professor for over 18 years. Afilalo received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Harvard University. Moreover, he received a J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M. from the Harvard Law School with specialization in International Law.
Professor Aaron Afilalo specializes in the treatment of intellectual property in free trade areas, the European Union's system of judicial remedies, the law governing the elimination of non-tariff barriers to trade, and the international rules for the protection of cross-border investment.
Before joining Rutgers Law School, Aaron Afilalo practiced cross-border commercial and financial transactions between Europe and the United States and many other cases related to intellectual property matters in New York City. He was also associated with Suffolk Law School in Boston, where he served as an adjunct professor and taught courses in intellectual property and international trade. Furthermore, he served as a legal writing instructor for graduate students at Harvard Law School.
