• Mid-Autumn Festival (includes general Moon Fesitval & Chuseok)

• Horror Story Night (w/ AAPI myths and horror stories)

• Game Night 

• Diwali/Deepvali/Divali; e.g. 2024's Celebration

• AAPI Friendsgiving

• Winter Wonderland (by ASG) 

• Hot Cocoa Game Night (in place of Snack Talk)

• Lunar New Year (can happen in January or February)

• International New Year

• Feast of Black Nazarene

• Lunar New Year (includes Tết, Spring Festival, Seollal, etc)

• Holi

• Holy Week

• Lots of South Asian Celebrations happen during this month; check around and plan as needed

• Start thinking about AAPI Heritage Month

• Some General Ball/Celebration to combine all of these: e.g. the Blossom Ball that CU Denver's ASA has

  • Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid al-Fitr)

• AAPI Heritage Month (officially is in May, see 2025's post, but some should be celebrated in April due to scheduling and timing)

AAPI HERITAGE MONTH | Open to Events that best raise awareness to AAPI voices & traditions

• Denise Henry teaches Nogi Jiu Jitsu - Nogi Jiu Jitsu Class; e.g. 2025's Nogi Jiu Jitsu Class 

• KPOP Dance Party (teach a choreography and KPOP Social)

• Language Classes (can be any month)

• Make a Lotus Flower for Mother's Day
