FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions for Families

Are the fairs separated?

No.  They are one and the same.  All projects will be reviewed.  If the project is assigned by a teacher, it is up to the teacher to provide criteria for the project. (Guidance is provided for you in the Handbook.)

Is the online form the only way to submit a project?

Yes it is.  It is a very simple Google form, and won’t take more than a few minutes.  We use the resulting spreadsheet to track number of entries, special set up needs, etc...

Does everyone fill out the online form?

(The kind of crisis that often results in a disappointed student, an angry parent, and a flustered volunteer.)

Is there a paper form?

No. Please understand that we are expecting a huge number of projects, and are doing our best to streamline the process.  This will allow our volunteers to spend more time and energy reviewing student projects, our top priority.

Can I volunteer to help?

YES! We could use all of the help that we can get. Click here for the sign up form... reviewers are always our greatest need.  Please contact Vita Strumba or Pete Pasque if you would like to join the planning committee.
