Welcome to the mobile applications developed by Aamir Sohail (“I”, “my”, or “me”). By downloading, installing, or interacting with my mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the applications and delete them from your device.
I design and distribute mobile applications available via the Apple App Store. These software products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. I reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, application, or service at any discretion, without prior notice or liability.
All content, original source code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and software assets contained within my applications are my exclusive intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the applications strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on authorized devices.
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, extract source code, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the software.
By utilizing my applications, you promise to use them lawfully and responsibly. You explicitly agree not to use the software to:
Generate, process, or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or threatening.
Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any third party.
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any data designed to disrupt, overload, or harm the backend infrastructure or third-party APIs connected to the apps.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to connected servers, networks, or user accounts.
Certain features within my applications utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (such as the Google Gemini Flash API) to analyze data or generate text. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
Algorithmic Nature: AI outputs are generated through mathematical calculations and statistical transformations. They are not absolute facts.
Accuracy: Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. The services are offered for general utility, and you should independently verify any critical information.
Reliance: I do not assume legal responsibility for how you choose to interpret, rely upon, or deploy the text generated or analyzed by the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aamir Sohail shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss, device malfunction, or academic/professional disciplinary actions resulting from your use or inability to use the software, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
I provide the software without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that the applications will operate uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free, or that the results obtained from using AI detection or text humanization utilities will meet your specific expectations or pass external third-party compliance filters.
You acknowledge that these Terms are a legal agreement between you and Aamir Sohail only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the applications, their content, or for providing ongoing maintenance and support. Any support queries or product claims must be directed to the developer.
I reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be made live on this official page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the applications following the posting of revisions signifies your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
