About Me:
Hi, I’m Angelia Rose, a 21-year-old singer, songwriter, musician, actress, and sound healing artist from Queens, New York. Music has been the heartbeat of my life since I was a child. Growing up, it was my way of expressing feelings I couldn’t yet put into words. Over time, that passion evolved into a deeper dedication: I learned to play guitar and piano, developed my voice, and began writing songs that reflect my experiences, emotions, and the stories I want to share with the world.
My journey as an artist has been shaped by both opportunity and determination. I’ve been fortunate to perform on stages like the Apollo Theater and Madison Square Garden, experiences that not only challenged me but also taught me the power of connection through live performance. Alongside music, I found a love for acting, exploring characters and stories through indie films and method acting. Each role I take on allows me to dig deeper into human emotion and storytelling, and in turn, informs my music in authentic ways.
Beyond performing, I’ve always felt a responsibility to use my platform for impact. I’ve participated in initiatives like It’s Not Just Youth, an anti-tobacco campaign, helping amplify messages that empower young people to make healthy choices. Over the years, this advocacy became intertwined with my artistic vision: I believe art and creativity can heal, inspire, and transform communities. This belief led me to explore sound healing, a practice that combines music, vibration, and mindfulness to support emotional and mental well-being.
My story is one of growth, curiosity, and exploration. From a young musician in Queens to performing on world-class stages, from acting in independent films to advocating for youth and wellness, my journey is defined by a desire to create, connect, and evolve. Every song I write, every note I play, every story I act out, and every sound I use for healing is part of a larger mission: to share truth, inspire emotion, and help others feel seen and heard.
This site is a space where I share my journey, my creative projects, and my growth as an artist and individual. Thank you for stopping by. I invite you to explore my music, performances, and vision, and to join me on this evolving journey of artistry, storytelling, and healing.
