These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual agreement between you (the "Customer" or "Shipper") and Artha Abadi Indonesia Ltd ("AAI Express", referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), outlining the terms under which we provide our comprehensive freight forwarding services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This document must be carefully reviewed to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. 

At AAI Express, we are committed to delivering excellence and providing reliable logistics solutions tailored to your unique requirements. Our mission is to streamline the transportation of your goods, offering a seamless experience that fosters trust and long-lasting partnerships.

These Terms and Conditions encompass a range of essential aspects, including our responsibilities as a freight forwarding company, your responsibilities as the Customer, liability limitations, insurance provisions, payment terms, and more. We aim to maintain transparency and clarity throughout our partnership, ensuring your cargo reaches its destination safely and on time.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend, amend, or add to the T&Cs at any time in an unlimited number of times and without limitation by posting the revised version of these T&Cs at AAI Express (“Latest T&Cs”). These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual agreement between you (referred to herein as the "Customer" or "Shipper") and Artha Abadi Indonesia Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "AAI Express." This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which AAI Express provides its comprehensive freight forwarding services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. Please read these terms carefully and contact us with questions or concerns before engaging our services.

These T&Cs shall constitute one single document with the Agreement and shall not be interpreted separately.

Please note that even if the delivery uses an economy service, the goods may be shipped by air, and you should pay special attention to the regulations regarding dangerous goods. Similarly, any item packaged with an ADR label, regardless of the actual content, will be considered a Prohibited Goods. All Dangerous Goods, even in limited quantities, include Acids, Adhesives, Aerosols (ADR class), Agricultural chemicals, Ammunition, Bacteria, Camping Gas, Coal, Corrosive Materials, Dry Ice, Diving Tanks (Sub aqua), Fire Extinguishers, Firecrackers, Fireworks, Flammable liquids, Flammable perfumes, Flammable substances, Flares, Gasoline lighters, Gunpowder, Hydrochloric acid, Compressed gases, Liquor lighters, Lighters, Magnetic products, Mercury compounds, Mercury, Motors, Oil-based paints, Oxidizing agents, Oxygen-generating chemicals, Peroxides including bleaching powder, Pesticides, Phosphorus, Radioactive materials, Toxic and infectious substances, Viruses, Wet batteries and other items not listed which are not ADR compliant.
