Privacy Policy – AAICLAS Chennai - Night Shift

This Privacy Policy applies to the AAICLAS Chennai - Night Shift mobile application (“App”). The App is designed to provide authorized users with access to Night Shift-related services, including duty entry, duty information, profile information, and related administrative functions.

• Date of birth

• Mobile/phone number

• Night shift/duty dates and related duty information

3. Advertising

The App may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.

Google and its advertising services may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other information in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies.

The App developer does not control all information independently collected or processed by Google through its advertising services.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary for operating the App and its associated services, including hosting/database infrastructure and advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

5. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Communication between the Android application and its web service is provided through an encrypted HTTPS connection where applicable.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Personal and duty-related information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's services, meet operational requirements, maintain necessary records, and comply with applicable requirements.

Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

7. Data Correction and Deletion

Users may request correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable operational, record-retention, and legal requirements.

Where an account-deletion facility is applicable, a user may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting the privacy contact provided below.

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate administrative, security, record-keeping, or legal purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for authorized personnel/users of the Night Shift service and is not designed for children.

We do not knowingly provide the service for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

The App may use third-party services, including Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, that operate under their own privacy policies.

10. WebView

The Android App provides access to the Night Shift web portal through a WebView. Information entered through the portal may be transmitted to and stored by the associated server/database to provide the requested functionality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's functionality, data practices, third-party services, or applicable requirements change.
