Mission Education is a public position programme of Awahan Foundation, an NGO for education which is committed to furnishing introductory education and healthcare to depressed children. Smile Foundation, an NGO for poor child education believes that whether you're addressing healthcare, poverty, population control, severance or mortal rights, there is no better place to start than in the corridors of education.
Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life; means, because it empowers an individual to earn his/ her livelihood and the end because it increases one's mindfulness on a range of issues – from healthcare to applicable social geste to understanding one's rights, and in the process evolve as a better citizen.
Smile Foundation's educational enterprise includePre-school (3-6 yrs), Non Formal Education (6-14 yrsnon-school going), Remedial Education (6-14 yrs academy going) and Bridge Course (14-18 yrs drop-outs). It's an education NGOM which works for education for depressed children who are under delicate circumstances, similar as child labour, children of poorest of the parents, children foisted and affected with HIV/ AIDS, road and raw children, children with rare disabilities, disaster struck children and slum children. Special emphasis is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered.
Since its commencement in 2002, further than depressed children have directly advantaged from the Mission Education programme.
Change comes with the rolling bus where you move your study from present situation to a paradise. With such a motive we set forth to bring a new kind of education to the depressed. One of our design is Computer Institute on Wheels. Its a digital India! Everyone shouts but the irony is formal education has not stepped in to our townlets. In this world of information technology where the metropolises are moving at fast pace, some of our townlets haven't heard of computers. Hence we come together for a new way to give computer education. A platoon of levies qualified in computer technologies go on bus to townlets for free computer education of an hour. In a time around 90 scholars irrespective of any age group are taken in a session of education from a vill, daily 6 townlets with a periodic gyration of 4 months for the coming session. Girl benefits our loftiest precedence we've especially two lady coaches on van for girls. Let us join hands in making it a revolution for a change.
