Vancouver Venue

The in-person part of the AAEEBL Annual Meeting 2023 will take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Participants coming to the in-person part from 19 to 21 July 2023 are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Check that you fulfil all necessary entrance requirements, especially in regards to a visa, if you are travelling from outside of Canada.

Both 19 and 20 July start at around 9am. The last day, 21 July, will end at approximately 1pm. The full registration includes participation in the pre-conference workshop day.

Accommodation

Vancouver is a popular destination during summer and accommodation can be booked out quickly. Therefore, book as soon as possible.

The Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) campus where the AAEEBL Annual Meeting will take place is located in Richmond.

You may qualify for a discount at some hotels, if you are a government employee or belong to an automobile club. The hotels themselves do not offer conference discounts.
