The Volunteer Check-In volunteers assist with checking volunteers in as they arrive for both rehearsal and recital.
The Class Rehearsal Monitor is in charge of ensuring that all dancers have arrived for the rehearsal block and then keeping the dancers together until it is their turn to rehearse on stage. The Rehearsal Monitor assists AAD staff with transporting dancers from the holding area to the back stage area and is able to watch the performance from the backstage wings. We request that Dressing Room Helpers not bring younger siblings for their shift as we are unable to accommodate them backstage.

The Dressing Room Monitors are in charge of keeping track of when each dance is scheduled to perform and assisting with queuing dancers up to line up before heading back stage.
The Quick Change Helper will assist dancers who are doing quick changes between pieces backstage.
The Headpiece and Hair Change Helpers will assist in ensuring that dancers have their headpieces on correctly and help dancers who need their hair changed to a different style. Hair supplies will be provided.
The runners are in charge of helping to get dancers from the cafeteria to the backstage area.
People working merchandise will be responsible for selling items at the merchandise table. There will be a sheet with set pricing so there is no question about how much to charge someone.

Ticket sales volunteers will assist at the ticketing table with day-of purchases
These volunteers will distribute programs from a list. Additional keepsake programs can be purchased from the Merchandise Table
These volunteers will assist people with finding their seats and monitor the auditorium door from the inside during the performances to ensure that no one enters during each dance (only during applause).
Load In/Out Crew assists with getting items to the performance venue, as well as transporting items back to AAD.
