(Hair, Tights, Footwear)
Costumes 101
Many classes will soon be receiving, or have already received costumes for the June Recital. This can be an exciting time for all of our students, but for our youngest dancers it can be difficult as some costume sizes ship separately, or they may want to play dress up at home.
To ensure that all of the pieces of the costumes stay together (including headpieces, pants, tops, etc), encourage younger dancers to take special care with their costume and tell them that is only for special dance class occasions. A gallon ziplock bag with a hole through it attached to the hanger is a great way to keep track of these things.
