Born into the historic environs of Aurangabad, India, on September 19, 2001, Chand embarked on a life journey that would take him across continents and through a myriad of cultures. His early move to Hong Kong at age seven exposed him to a broad spectrum of global influences that shaped his understanding of the world. This multicultural background became the bedrock of his ability to navigate the complexities of international finance. At nineteen, Aaditya transitioned to the United States, adding another layer to his global perspective and setting the stage for his future career exploits.
Aaditya pursued higher education at the University of Manchester, majoring in Economics and Finance and graduating with Upper Second-Class Honors in July 2022. His time in Manchester was pivotal, enriching him with rigorous knowledge and a practical understanding of financial analysis, econometrics, and mergers and acquisitions. The depth of these studies prepared him to tackle the challenges of the finance sector with analytical precision and innovative thinking.
He continued his education at University College London (UCL), earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance. This program allowed him to delve deeper into Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, and Hedge Fund Strategies while also introducing him to the fast-evolving fields of Fintech and Wealth Management, which are reshaping the financial landscape.
Aaditya's professional journey was kick-started by internships that provided him with foundational experiences in Finance. His most notable internship was in the summer of 2024 at Kennedy M&A, where he was deeply involved in creating financial models and drafting informational memorandums for clients seeking substantial capital investments. This role required a high level of economic analysis and strategic thinking expertise.
Earlier, in 2022, he interned at Stephens in London, where he was instrumental in preparing pitch books and conducting financial analyses, particularly for the Debt & Restructuring team. These internships not only honed his practical skills but also instilled in him a robust understanding of the operational aspects of Finance.
Despite his rigorous engagement with Finance, Aaditya Chand maintains a well-rounded lifestyle and a passionate interest in football. His sporting activities, which started during his early years in Hong Kong, continued into his university life in Manchester, where he played vice-captain for the Manchester Medics Football Club. His involvement in sports has been instrumental in developing his leadership skills and strategic thinking—qualities that greatly benefit his professional life.

Now residing in Palo Alto, California, Aaditya enjoys exploring various aspects of his life. He shares his home with a Labradoodle, and his hobbies include cooking, mainly Asian cuisines, reflecting his international experiences. He is also an ardent traveler, with Japan and Vietnam among his favorite destinations.
