Aaditee K. Shankar

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of City & Regional Planning at the University of California, Berkeley. I am supported by a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.

Prior to starting my Ph.D., I graduated from UC Berkeley with a M.S. in Energy & Resources, B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Public Policy. I completed a Fulbright research award in 2023.

I am broadly interested in the intersections between electricity systems planning and city and regional planning. My primary region of study is the American West.
