Eligibility Criteria
Must have minimum 1 years of continuous teaching experience
Open to school, college, and university teachers across India
Must show evidence of student impact, innovation, and leadership
Any subject, stream, or level is eligible (Primary to Postgraduate)
Preference will be given to those with:
Documented student feedback
Use of technology or research-based methods
Community engagement or social impact initiatives

Letter of Recommendation (Optional but encouraged)
