SATURDAY REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

Information to come after Auditions!

Show Weekend (12/12 & 12/13):

Tech & Dress Rehearsals are held at the Northmont Community Auditorium. The Performer Entrance is to the right of the main auditorium entrance. There is not a door number but there will be a sign on the door. Please use this entrance when dropping off students for rehearsal and show. This area may also be accessed from inside the school when picking up afterwards.

Show Week Schedule:

• Saturday, 12/12 – Tech & Dress Rehearsal, Arrive at 10:00 am

  • Come in first costume w/ stage make-up (we will run tech rehearsal in costumes to avoid needing to change in between tech & dress)

  • Performer Call Time = 10:00 am (Arrive at venue for check in)

  • Tech Rehearsal = 10:30am - 12:00pm

  • Lunchables & water will be provided. Pack a lunch/snacks if desired.

  • Dress Rehearsal = 12:30pm - 2:00pm

• Sunday, 12/13 – Show Day! Arrive at 12:00 pm

  • Come in first costume w/ stage make-up

  • Performer Call Time = 12:00 pm

  • Doors Open for Audience = 12:15 pm

  • Show Time = 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

  • Break in between shows (students not permitted to leave)

  • Doors Open for Audience = 2:45 pm

  • Show Time = 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
