To facilitate active discussion, all papers accepted to this workshop are required to be presented as posters on-site. Therefore, one co-author must register for the workshop via the AAAI official website and attend the workshop in person. If none of the co-authors can attend, please arrange for a substitute presenter. If no one can present the poster, your paper will be withdrawn.
The poster session will be held in a separate poster venue, a short distance from the workshop venue. Since all workshops share the same poster venue, each poster session will feature a maximum of 10 posters. We are currently determining the allocation of posters per session. Please print and bring your poster on the day of the workshop. The size should be A0 portrait orientation; the format is free. Please also refer to the AAAI poster session guidelines below.

As previously notified to authors via email, please also upload your content to Underline. Underline is an asynchronous website where presenters' content can be viewed. The Underline site is scheduled to be accessible only to workshop registrants 1-2 weeks before the event. The mandatory submission is the poster PDF. Other materials, such as camera-ready papers, demo videos, and slide materials, can also be uploaded. Global public access beyond workshop registrants is currently under consideration.
