Don Carthorn (Founder) launched American Shipping and Packing Inc. in Akron in 1989 after working for 10 years in various jobs for commercial shippers, such as Roadway Express Inc. in Akron and Wheaton Van Lines, an Akron moving company. In 2017, Mr. Carthorn relocated to California where he invested into multiple companies, including in 2023, AAA Companies, Inc.
