AA.Styles – Commission Policy for Silence Employees (SE)
All members are required to follow AA.Styles on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
A Silence employee will receive a commission only when a customer purchases a product using the specific referral code assigned to that employee.
The customer must provide the referral code to the company before completing the purchase. If the code is not provided prior to purchase, no commission will be granted for that sale.
Commission will be paid seven (7) days after the date of sale.
If a customer returns a product for any reason, the related Silence employee will not receive any commission for that sale.
Only fully paid and non-returned sales will be considered eligible for commission.
If a Silence employee’s membership is canceled or terminated, they will not be entitled to commission on any future sales.
Any misuse, fraud, or unethical activity involving a referral code will result in suspension or cancellation of the employee’s commission.
BDT 100 – 200: 6% commission
BDT 210 – 300: 10% commission
BDT 310 – 400: 15% commission
Commission payments will be made only through the company’s designated payment method (bKash).
Commission will be paid seven (7) days after the sale date.
The company reserves the right to modify or adjust commission rates at any time.
The company may amend or update any part of this policy without prior notice.
If any employee intentionally provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, their commission will be canceled.
The company will not be held responsible for any personal actions or misconduct of a Silence employee.
If a customer purchases a T-shirt using the code provided by a Silence employee and does not return the product, the sale will be considered successfully completed and the applicable commission will be paid.
If for any reason the customer returns the T-shirt, the customer must also return the 10% cashback amount that was previously placed inside the T-shirt package by the company.

সকল সদস্যকে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় AA.Styles–কে ফলো করতে হবে (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)।
১. যদি কোনো ক্রেতা Silence কর্মচারীকে প্রদানকৃত নির্দিষ্ট কোড ব্যবহার করে পণ্য ক্রয় করে, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট Silence কর্মচারী নির্ধারিত শতাংশ (কমিশন) পাবে।
২. ক্রয়ের পূর্বে ক্রেতা যদি সংশ্লিষ্ট কোড কোম্পানিকে প্রদান না করে, তাহলে উক্ত বিক্রয়ের জন্য কোনো কমিশন প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩. বিক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে সাত (৭) দিন পর কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে।
৪. ক্রেতা যদি পণ্য রিটার্ন করে, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারী কোনো কমিশন পাবে না।
৫. শুধুমাত্র সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদানকৃত ও রিটার্নবিহীন বিক্রয় কমিশনযোগ্য হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
৬. কোনো Silence কর্মচারীর সদস্যপদ বাতিল হলে, পরবর্তী বিক্রয়ের জন্য সে কোনো কমিশন প্রাপ্য হবে না।
১.কোডের অপব্যবহার, জালিয়াতি বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপ প্রমাণিত হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারীর কমিশন স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হবে।
টি-শার্টের মূল্য কমিশনের হার
১০০ – ২০০ টাকা ৬%
২১০ – ৩০০ টাকা ১০%
৩১০ – ৪০০ টাকা ১৫%
৫ . পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা
১. কমিশন শুধুমাত্র কোম্পানি নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে (bKash)।
২. কমিশন প্রদানের সময়সীমা: বিক্রয়ের ৭ দিন পর।
১. কোম্পানি প্রয়োজনে কমিশনের হার পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
২. কোম্পানি পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই নীতিমালার যেকোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করতে পারবে।
১. কোনো কর্মচারী ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ভুল, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করলে তার কমিশন বাতিল করা হবে।
২. Silence কর্মচারীর কোনো ব্যক্তিগত কার্যকলাপের দায়ভার কোম্পানি গ্রহণ করবে না।
৮. টি-শার্ট রিটার্ন ও ক্যাশব্যাক সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা
১. কোনো ক্রেতা যদি Silence কর্মচারীর প্রদত্ত কোড ব্যবহার করে টি-শার্ট ক্রয় করে এবং পণ্য রিটার্ন না করে, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রয় স্বাভাবিকভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে এবং প্রযোজ্য কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে।
২. যদি কোনো কারণে ক্রেতা টি-শার্ট রিটার্ন করে, তাহলে তাকে অবশ্যই টি-শার্টের সাথে কোম্পানি কর্তৃক পূর্বে প্যাকেট করে দেওয়া ১০% ক্যাশব্যাক অর্থও ফেরত দিতে হবে।
